- Team Management: Lead a core team of permanent staff, including Pharmacists, Dispensary Technicians, and pharmacy assistants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure excellence in every aspect of the business.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Develop, coach, and mentor the team to achieve excellence in customer service, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
- Detail-Oriented Dispensing: Maintain high levels of attention to detail in the dispensary, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the handling of up to 250 scripts per day.
- Multi-Skilling and Delegation: Ensure the smooth running of the business by multi-skilling and delegating tasks effectively, empowering team members to take ownership and responsibility for their work.
- Health Advice: Share advice and information with the team and customers to ensure the best healthcare is always front of mind, providing expert guidance and support to promote healthy outcomes.
- Registered AHPRA Pharmacist: Authorised to work in Australia, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.
- Experience in Managing a High-Volume Dispensary: Proven experience in managing a busy dispensary, handling 250+ scripts per day, and ensuring efficient operations.
- Strong Professional Patient Counselling Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to patients and customers.
- Passion for Networking and Community Involvement: A strong desire to engage with the community, build relationships, and promote the pharmacy's services and products.
- Driven by a Commitment to Excellent Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and promoting a positive customer experience.
- Experience in Vaccination Services: Proven experience in providing vaccination services, with a strong understanding of immunisation protocols and procedures.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: A very competitive hourly rate starting from $55 P/H + Super + Incentive Program paid quarterly.
