About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Slade Pharmacy, located within Hollywood Private Hospital, Western Australia. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare professionals with medication management and dispensation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality pharmacy services to hospital staff and patients
  • Preparing and dispensing medications for hospital patients
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Supporting patient care by delivering and collecting medications to and from hospital wards
  • Entering patient data into the pharmacy database
  • Assisting with customer queries and resolving issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Dispensing experience in an Australian pharmacy setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Requirements

It would be advantageous if you have:

  • Dispensary Technician Certificate or equivalent as recognised by the Pharmacy Board of Australia
