About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Office Administrator and Internal Sales Support. This full-time position is based in Lane Cove West, Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our head office administration team
  • Liaise with suppliers, respond to customer inquiries, process orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Support our local sales team by answering telephone calls and handling customer queries

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in office administration, exceptional organisational skills, time management, verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.

A mature mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to work unsupervised are essential for this role. Experience or knowledge of the marine industry is beneficial but not essential. A rewarding salary package is on offer for the right applicant.
