  • Proven experience in leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in an Agile environment.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Grafana.
