Account Manager Role at We Are Social

We Are Social is a socially-led creative agency operating globally at the forefront of marketing and culture. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with your Account Director, internal teams, and clients to deliver the best solutions for We Are Social.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage WIP documents and meeting notes, provide day-to-day updates to the team and clients, and ensure effective delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, continually look for ways to improve work, and apply yourself to continued learning.
  • Creative Contribution: Translate client briefs into internal briefs, articulate a point of view on social media, and deliver reporting that translates social data into actionable creative insights.
Requirements
  • Commercial Capability: Demonstrate good budget management skills, support the Account Director in ensuring purchase orders are in place, and work is invoiced on time.
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong client relationships at all levels, manage client expectations, and develop a collaborative relationship with partner agencies and suppliers.
