About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Markets Data Management Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering tailored solutions to ensure optimal customer experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all Markets related requests and queries, including product onboarding, regulatory, confirmations, and settlements setups, amendments, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate and manage customer regulatory requirements, investor suitability, and market product requirements.
  • Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Take personal responsibility for delivering tailored solutions to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Run controls to ensure our service providers are meeting SLA and quality metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in servicing different client types, including corporate, hedge funds, and financial institutions. Your expertise in market data and collateral management, OTC and futures clearing, will be highly valued. You'll also need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
