Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business analysis services to assist in the implementation of our Cyber Security Strategy.
  • Work closely with our ITS and business project teams to ensure requirements are well understood, solutions tested, technical issues recorded and tracked, changes implemented, and business objectives met.
  • Facilitate workshops and other collaboration or research activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet outcomes, such as identifying pain points and designing solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce artefacts as required, including business cases, submissions, user stories, journey maps, blueprints, personas, and functional requirements specifications.
  • Provide input into solution design, taking into account enterprise architecture, cyber security, information and data management in order to resolve complex issues for both near term business objectives and predicted future needs.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior business analyst (at least 8 years) in technical projects. Cyber security knowledge and experience would be well regarded.
  • Highly developed liaison, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and to listen and respond to others appropriately.
  • Experience facilitating workshops for large stakeholder groups and ability to synthesise input into requirements.
  • Experience producing artefacts such as business cases, submissions, user journeys, process maps, functional decomposition models, user stories, and test cases.
  • Australian Citizenship with NV1 Security Clearance (Baseline Clearance may be considered).
