Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our exceptional team of qualified Early Childhood professionals. As a passionate and dedicated professional, you will be supported and encouraged to excel and further develop your career.

This is a full-time opportunity working 38 hours per week. Our centre caters for up to 163 children with operating hours from 6am to 6pm.

About Us

About You
  • You will hold a Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services approved by ACECQA.
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
  • First Aid certificate
