Early Childhood Lead Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to lead our early childhood services. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating high-quality educational curriculums that foster inquiry-based learning in children.
The ideal candidate will have a zest for creating engaging learning environments, using quality resources, loose parts, and materials to inspire children's curiosity and creativity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational curriculums that align with contemporary theories and approaches to early childhood education.
- Mentor and support educators in delivering curriculums, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
As a lead educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our children. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
The successful candidate will have a degree in early childhood education, NESA accreditation, and child protection training approved by ACECQA. A first aid certificate is also essential.
