Support and Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a Support and Enablement Specialist to join our team. Our shared values include being Passionate, Respectful, Ethical, Curious and Courageous.

The Role:
  • Provide support to clients to help them develop and maintain independence and advocate for their individual needs
  • Deliver personalized support by assisting clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using equipment and aids
  • Transport clients in wheelchair accessible vehicles
  • Maintain the overall well-being of clients and provide regular progress updates
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a carer, DSP or assistant in nursing or aged care (or similar roles)
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
