The Faith and Wellbeing Officer plays a vital role in supporting the pastoral care of students.

This proactive position drives increased wellbeing and understanding among students across our communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal support to students
  • Fostering spiritual growth and understanding
  • Supporting behaviour management processes

A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

  • Deliver high-quality pastoral care and spiritual support
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and community members
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student wellbeing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent experience in youth work/chaplaincy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
