Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Leadership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development group, you will be responsible for driving innovation across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support of all product management activities, including stakeholder coordination and process optimization.
  • Drive growth and retention through the delivery of innovative product solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative frameworks, including adherence to disclosure obligations.
  • Coordinate the administration of life insurance arrangements within the product suite.
  • Support the preparation of APRA superannuation data submissions.
  • Provide technical expertise in the resolution of member complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years' experience in product management across Superannuation and related financial services products.
  • A strong understanding of superannuation and end-to-end business operations within the product team's portfolio.
  • Understanding of competitors' propositions and Superannuation/Investment industry trends.
  • RG146 qualifications (not mandatory).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or a Master of Applied Finance are advantageous.
