**Job Description**

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our daily and monthly P&L reporting and reconciliation for Commodities & Carbon desks. This role requires a strong understanding of traded market risk products, including complex derivatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven leadership experience with an inclusive and outcome-driven style. They will also possess demonstrated success in delivering systems/process uplift and automation using VBA, SQL, Tableau Prep, PowerBI, Alteryx or other analytical and automation tools.

Additionally, the candidate should have a deep knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks. An accounting qualification – CPA, CA, CFA or similar is also required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Typically 5+ years in Product Control or a closely related field
  • Strong understanding of traded market risk products, including complex derivatives
  • Proven leadership experience with inclusive and outcome-driven style
  • Demonstrated success in delivering systems/process uplift and automation
  • Deep knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks
