Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention and therapy services to support children and families in achieving their goals.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to their specific needs.

  • Conduct clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of need.
  • Provide education, information, and support to clients and families.
  • Develop functional, routine-based goals with clients and families.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions and resources.
  • Review progress and set new priorities in collaboration with clients and families.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology with current registration with AHPRA.
  • A passion for making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful for families.
  • The ability to provide counseling and offer knowledge of therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and parents.
  • Experience in completing risk assessments and mental health assessments is desirable.
