We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Companion in Sydney.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering world-class care and supporting residents to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.

The role involves bringing a person-centred approach in care planning and assisting residents and their families with settling into our home. You will coordinate admissions, respond to queries and concerns from residents and their family members, and advise new residents on additional services.

Key requirements include a Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
