Project Manager Civic Infrastructure

This role involves overseeing the delivery of iconic civic infrastructure projects with a lasting legacy in Victoria. As a high-level construction professional, you will be responsible for managing major construction packages, project controls, cost management, risk assessment, quality assurance, and contractual/commercial management.
Required Skills and Qualifications- You have extensive knowledge of and experience in complex large-scale construction projects, including Managing Contractor contracts, Guaranteed Maximum Price contracts, and Design & Construct contracts.
- You possess exceptional communication skills, including relationship management of public and private sector stakeholders, written communication, and negotiation skills.
- You are passionate about delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
