Senior Claims Specialist Job Overview

This role involves managing complex liability and professional indemnity claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end claims across various exposures, including class actions and high-value cases.
  • Collaborate with internal legal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently and fairly.

Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or insurance.
  • Industry qualifications such as Diploma in Financial Services.
  • 5-10 years' experience managing complex liability or professional indemnity claims.
  • Litigation experience, including briefing panel firms or direct involvement.
