Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide helpful and courteous service to customers by actively engaging with them.
  2. Promote sales of store products and services.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  4. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  5. Restock shelves and displays to maintain inventory levels.
  6. Process Click and Collect items in a timely manner.
  7. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed in an attractive and accessible manner.
  8. Process customer transactions accurately using the store's point of sale (POS) system.
  9. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy.
  10. Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as necessary.
  11. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  12. Work cooperatively with colleagues and management to ensure the store operates smoothly.
  13. Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback for improving sales and customer service.

Requirements:**

  1. Previous experience in Retail with an ability to provide great customer service.
  2. Ability to multi-task.
  3. Be willing to work a wide range of retail hours including morning, evening, weekends, and public holidays.
  4. Have an eagerness to learn and share ideas.
  5. A respect for both team members and customers and an ability to gain rapport and build relationships.
  6. General capability with Microsoft/Google suite and previous experience reporting retail sales and training POS systems.
