Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the delivery of wellbeing programs in our villages.

This role is ideal for those with experience in community and customer service, looking to take on a more strategic role within our organization.

You will be responsible for working closely with village managers, wellbeing coordinators, home care partners, and local providers to deliver meaningful and measurable initiatives.

You should be confident at juggling priorities, working across diverse teams, and navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism.

A background in retirement living, health, or wellbeing would be beneficial, but what's most important is your energy, warmth, and drive.

Benefits

  • The opportunity to shape resident wellbeing in retirement
  • A values-led culture that rewards curiosity, initiative, and doing things the right way
