About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Forecasting Consultant to join our Workforce Planning and Optimisation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting all forecasting requirements across Customer Operations and Prover Solutions Hub (COPS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic forecasting plans to support business strategies
  • Produce accurate and timely workload forecasting models to drive improvements
  • Collaborate with Forecasting Lead and COPS leads to ensure forecasts are aligned with business objectives
  • Support the management of FTE forecasting and recruitment recommendations
  • Run hypothetical forecasts scenarios to assist in product/project deliverables
  • Partner and collaborate across functions to deliver on key strategic initiatives
About You
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience with Genesys technology and contact centre operations
  • Proven track record of providing strategic support in a contact centre environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with direct reports, peers, and key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
