Are you someone who is passionate about playing a key part in identifying opportunities to reshape Medibank and how we can work to deliver a leaner organisation while maintaining a top-notch customer and employee experience?

We might just have a key leadership role for you, working within the Operational Excellence function.

In this awesome opportunity, you will support the identification of major productivity opportunities across the Customer Operations and Provider Solutions Hub, designing multi year and in-year programs of work and supporting the Operational Excellence team to deliver material cost out.

You will also lead Medibank’s Speech Analytics capability and leverage these insights to develop a pipeline of work targeted at delivering better customer outcomes.

Whilst the role will predominantly focus on identification and sizing of opportunities, there will still be an expectation to support delivery of certain process optimisation initiatives.

You will also look to:

- Articulate the Operational Excellence strategy and ‘size of prize’ as well as the value of macro initiatives
- Leverage industry trends to challenge existing business constructs and identify and determine root cause of issues across Medibank
- Develop Operational Excellence tools and frameworks to support effective and consistent delivery including diagnostic outputs, benefit realisation, prioritisation and performance measurement
- Actively track and report on benefit realisation and support delivery crews in delivering bottom line outcomes
- Train and mentor team members in various methodologies to ensure the best approach is taken to improving what we do
- Oversee the development and deployment of use cases within Verint Speech Analytics Platform and our Messaging Platform

**Now, who are you?**

Enough about us, let’s talk about youyou will have significant experience in delivering enterprise level multiyear productivity programs across value chains, either on the business-side or the consulting side.

Ideally, you will also have considerable experience and success in leading business improvement/transformation teams that have delivered tangible outcomes.

You are someone who challenges the status quo and thrives in situations where you can develop and lead innovative solutions.

As a big picture thinker, you have demonstrated achievements and have significant experience in leading advanced financial, business case and other quantitative analyses (e.g. forecasting, scenario modelling etc.).

You are someone who enjoys structured problem-solving using concepts such as problem definition, hypotheses testing, analysis planning and facilitating discussions in focus groups.

You are confident delivering presentations and are someone who can ‘read the room’, understand what’s required and communicate with clarity.

You have exceptional interpersonal skills and are driven and motivated by results.
