About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Specialist to join our team as a Senior GTM Specialist for Container Services. As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Startup team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of AWS' container technologies among startups in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Container Services in the Startup ANZ market
  • Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems
  • Work with Marketing to develop and align digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand
  • Own the GTM strategy and execution for Containers in Startup ANZ, collaborating with teams in the field including Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in cloud native applications and container orchestration platforms. You should have a proven track record of building rapport with startup executives and closing strategic deals. Familiarity with open-source software used by startups and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies is a must.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • 5+ years of technology domain experience in cloud native applications and/or container orchestration platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Startup background and experience at a VC or PE-backed firm in a Product, BD, or Sales Executive capacity
  • Established track record of building rapport with startup executives and closing strategic deals
  • Familiarity with open-source software used by startups and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
