We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Crime Manager.
- This role is responsible for managing and developing frameworks, policies, and standards on financial crime compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial crime obligations, including AML/CTF, sanctions, and anti-bribery and corruption.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and managing frameworks, policies, and standards on financial crime compliance.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on financial crime matters.
- Reviewing risk in change proposals to assess the impact on financial crime risks and controls.
- Reviewing and challenging operational processes and controls to prevent financial crime activities.
- Serving as the central point of contact for escalated queries and potentially suspicious activities.
- Coordinating and managing financial crime risk assessments, including enterprise AML/CTF risk assessments.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a financial crime compliance team.
- Experience in developing and providing advice on financial crime and/or other compliance frameworks and policies.
- A strong understanding of financial crime obligations, including AML/CTF, sanctions, and anti-bribery and corruption.
- An understanding of financial crime operations processes.
- Experience in conducting financial crime risk assessment and investigations.
