Job Summary

We are looking for an accomplished HR professional with strong generalist experience to provide strategic guidance and support across various HR disciplines. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job advertising, shortlisting, and new employee induction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs, benefits packages, and performance management strategies.
  • Support the management team with industrial relations matters, employee engagement, and organisational development.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing HR systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely insights and analytics to inform HR decision-making.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary package, featuring a base salary of $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and generous annual leave provisions.

You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team, contributing to the success of our HR function and helping to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and associated regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
