Forex Trader Career Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales by promoting and selling our products and services.
  • Identify and generate client pipelines using strong sales skills.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Client Service Focus:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Performance Goals:
  • Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Expand knowledge of the markets, FX industry, and our platforms and products.
  • Strive to achieve team and individual metrics, contributing to overall success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry.
  • Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers.
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay.
