About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Infrastructure Planner to join our team at EBR. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and motivate high-performing teams, drive strategic planning initiatives, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in statutory planning, approvals, and strategic planning in NSW, with a proven track record of delivering private sector approvals across various markets. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to prepare reports to exceptional technical and editorial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals, providing mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance
  • Deliver private sector approvals, navigating DA's, SSD's, and strategic planning at precinct or development scale
  • Engage with clients to support master planning, precinct planning, or regional planning outcomes
  • Utilize a strong appreciation of the role infrastructure plays in land use planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to achieve business objectives
  • Prepare reports to exceptional technical and editorial standards
  • Manage commercial risks and opportunities
  • Improve or build key client relationships
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planning
  • A minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
  • An ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A desire to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • A current driver's license
