Aboriginal Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Aboriginal Health Practitioner to join our team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide culturally responsive and safe comprehensive primary health care to clients across our four Town Satellite Clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support to clients, working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure cultural integrity and high standards of clinical care and client flow.
- Support adequate staffing numbers while other staff are on planned leave, ensuring continuity of care.
- Work occasional weekend and public holiday shifts, as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective client care and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Registration as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner or Registered Nurse.
- Strong understanding of cultural safety principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
