Aboriginal Health Practitioner

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, comprehensive primary healthcare services to clients accessing Congress Clinics in Alice Springs and Amoonguna Community. The successful candidate will work in a culturally safe environment, providing care that is respectful and responsive to the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary healthcare services to clients, including health assessments, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that take into account the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of health programs and services that address the health needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe healthcare services.
