Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance team.

  • Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices and payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reconcile accounts payable related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong intellect, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold a university degree in Commerce, Business or Economics.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Be analytical and multi-tasking skilled, with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Bonus points for experience with SAP and/or Luxury/Retail industries
