We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our accounts payable in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience within the construction industry and possesses high-level communication skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of accounts payable, including setting up new suppliers and entering purchase orders into the system. They will also be required to match invoices to purchase orders, generate payment runs weekly and end-of-month, and reconcile accounts and credit cards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including vendor setup and payment processing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as well as effective reconciliation of accounts and credit cards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within an accounts payable position, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Working knowledge of large ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
