**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable person to roll their sleeves up and provide assistance for 6 weeks to the incumbent.

This role will see you based in the Head office in Bondi Junction where you will perform a variety of accounts, admin, finance and operational tasks some of which include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reporting, document control that includes printing, checking and sorting copies of invoices and reconciling statements.

You will work with a small finance team and liaise with all project teams to ensure subcontractor invoices, payments and documentation is all being processed accurately and efficiently and you will be the 'go to person' for account enquiries, payment runs and reporting on statuses of projects.

**ABOUT YOU**
You are an experienced Accounts Payable person with a diverse background. In a perfect world, you have experience doing Accounts Payable in a construction company or a relevant building/trade style entity as this would help you understand all the different sub-contractors invoices and the terminology etc.. You should be comfortable with the documentation required (invoices, claims, quotes, payment schedules) and be able to pull this all together to report to your seniors.

You are happy to do high level accounts work and reporting as required but equally happy to print a stack of invoices and sit with the MD to go through things in person to ensure things reconcile with the electronic versions and the construction programs that the Project Managers and the MD use.

We work with the cost control software Jobpac so this experience would be beneficial.
