Operations Delivery Manager

Are you looking for a challenging leadership role in a dynamic and growing organisation? We are seeking an experienced Operations Delivery Manager to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of multidiscipline construction personnel. You will coordinate resources in support of project execution timeframes, budgets, quality specifications, safety and stakeholder expectations.

  • Proactively forecast, plan and review construction work in conjunction with relevant project personnel.
  • Facilitate and manage a team of superintendents, area managers nationally to ensure major projects are delivered to budget, schedule and quality specifications.
  • Be the primary point of contact for the engagement of subcontractors, monitoring and managing performance and ensuring resources meet project delivery milestones.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and improvements across the board in delivery, operational excellence, transformation programs and safety to meet and exceed client expectations.

About You
  • Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • Extensive Operational and Project Management exposure within a complex business at scale that are client facing.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capability working with national remote and diverse teams.
  • Well-developed knowledge in program delivery, change management and driving continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional business acumen and written and verbal communications skills.
