
Corporate Operations Manager

We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a smooth running environment by maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the office and public areas.
- Coordinate with contractors and maintenance staff for requests and general office needs.
- Provide administrative support, including booking travel, arranging couriers, organizing staff initiatives, supporting projects, reporting, and other duties as required.
- Manage the QLD Reception, handling inbound calls, reception emails, and assisting visitors.
We are looking for an outgoing, highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
