**About the role**

To support our success we are currently seeking a Manager, Corporate Services Operations to join the Growth team in Brisbane or Melbourne and lead the Corporate Services administration teams.

Reporting to the Head of Transitions and Corporate Services, you will oversee a team of superannuation professionals responsible for maintaining the service quality of Australian Retirement Trust's high-value corporate employer segment. You will manage the activities, processes, and risks to ensure efficient, and effective execution of corporate superannuation administration including defined benefit.

You will also support the continuous improvement of employer services, including industry best practice, employer experience, service quality, operational efficiency (straight-through processing), digital transformation, superannuation industry/regulatory change and organic fund growth.

This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.

We are **flexible** with location provide you can attend our **Brisbane **or **Melbourne **office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or another related discipline.
- Superannuation experience, with a demonstrated background in corporate superannuation and defined benefit.
- Demonstrated leadership, people management and coaching experience.
- Strong operational management skills, inclusive of an ability to present, influence and negotiate outcomes of a complex nature.
- High degree of business acumen, with the ability to deliver within a changing environment and developing strategies.
