Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacist to lead our team in the Geelong area.

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for guiding a supportive and experienced team, ensuring high-quality professional services, and delivering exceptional customer care.

Key responsibilities include team leadership and day-to-day management, clinical checks and efficient dispensary workflow, delivery of a wide range of services, and involvement in pilot programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a dynamic pharmacy team
  • Ensure high-quality professional services and efficient patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes

Candidates with full scope of practice training will be highly regarded.

Requirements:
  • General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • 5 years experience working as a pharmacist in Australia, previous management experience preferred
  • Accreditation to provide immunisations and other professional services preferred
