Leadership Role for a Pharmacy Professional

A senior pharmacy professional is required to lead a team in delivering high standards of patient care and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, ensuring efficient operations, and providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • To manage the dispensary and clinic, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to a team of pharmacy professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
  • To collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and promote a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Registered Pharmacist with a recognized regulatory body.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience post registration, with a strong background in management or leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
