About The Role

As the Retail Manager, you'll lead the front-of-store team, drive exceptional service, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day retail activities. This includes:

  • Managing and mentoring staff through onboarding and ongoing training
  • Overseeing rostering, merchandising, and stock control
  • Supporting store recruitment and building team capability
  • Leading a positive, inclusive store culture
  • Driving store performance and customer loyalty initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in retail and team leadership
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Understanding of budgets, KPIs, and retail operations
  • Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Pharmacy experience or S2/S3 certificate (highly regarded but not essential)
