About the Opportunity:
- A Full-time Leadership Position
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead a high-performing team. As a leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to provide exceptional customer service and create one-of-a-kind experiences for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, as well as excellent communication skills and commercial acumen. You will be expected to lead by example, providing fun training, mentoring, and feedback to your team to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead a high-performing team of sales consultants, demonstrating expertise in customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
- To drive sales growth through effective stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- To develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- To work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives
