About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead a high-performing team. As a leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to provide exceptional customer service and create one-of-a-kind experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a high-performing team of sales consultants, demonstrating expertise in customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
  • To drive sales growth through effective stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • To work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives
