Senior Facility Manager Role

As a Senior Facility Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational performance of our premium assets meets financial targets while maintaining the highest level of safety and customer service.

  • Manage financial expenses against forecast for properties.
  • Review proposed alterations to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Maintenance and Repair
  • Oversee maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and optimize asset lifespan.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Asset Management
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date asset register and preventative maintenance planner.
  • Monitor statutory logs and registers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in facilities management with a solid administrative or technical background.
  • Technical competency with trade or tertiary qualifications.
