Strategic Consulting Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in shaping the future of our clients with confidence.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in transformative strategy, transactions, and corporate finance, with a strong ability to deliver real-world value through innovative solutions.

The role involves reimagining strategic consulting to work in a world of increasing complexity, with deep functional and sector expertise paired with AI-powered technology and an investor mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the audit team in peer review of valuation for financial reporting
  • Undertake real estate analysis on various assets across Australia
  • Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Prepare valuation assignments for stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on income-producing and development assets
  • Assist in major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including business case preparation and transaction strategies
  • Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for real estate assets or portfolios
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail
  • Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation either as CPV of API or MRICS
