About the Team Leader Role

The Team Leader in our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services plays a pivotal role in supporting children's development through high-quality programs and activities.

We are seeking experienced educators who can lead and mentor teams to deliver tailored, engaging, and safe experiences for children aged 5-12 years.

  • Lead and mentor educators to design and deliver quality programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and family engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for educators to develop their leadership skills and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To plan, implement and evaluate programs and activities designed to promote children's learning and development;
  2. To supervise, guide and support educators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs;
  3. To maintain accurate records and reports related to children's progress and program outcomes;
  4. To communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues to build strong relationships and partnerships.
