Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Digital Content Manager to drive the delivery of exceptional digital experiences for customers and members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement content strategies across the digital ecosystem to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain and update existing content and assets to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
  • Provide user acceptance testing (UAT) support for digital platform maintenance and improvements.
  • Collaborate with business and technology leads to develop new business initiatives.
  • Foster effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing or Business/Marketing.
  • Practical knowledge of digital channels and platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of website development and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with user experience design principles and web usability.
  • A proven track record in delivering high-quality digital content and understanding web technologies and trends.
