Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Surface Mount Technician to operate and maintain complex assembly equipment, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surface mount technology (SMT) and be able to perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance.

  • Operating and maintaining Samsung-SM321 SMT equipment with expertise in its software and hardware systems.
  • Performing regular quality control checks to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional production teams to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Surface Mount Technician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining SMT equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
