Job Title: Product Production Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to assemble products on an industrial scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate complex machines and tools used in product assembly.
  • Assemble product components according to production specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspect materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Follow work instructions and production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Report any faults or safety concerns to a supervisor and/or health and safety representative.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Great attention to detail with a strong work ethic.
  • Physical fitness and motivation to undertake manual tasks.
  • Punctuality and flexibility to do overtime when required.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Enjoy working with their hands.
