Child Protection Team Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Protection Team Manager to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective service delivery, managing resources and cases awaiting allocation.
The position requires the ability to gather information through various sources and technologies to identify and plan for risks relating to each situation. You must have strong analytical skills and be able to draw insights from assessment and analysis to formulate meaningful case plans.
You will work collaboratively with Senior Practitioners to strengthen case practice, provide effective service delivery and support other practitioners. The ideal candidate will have experience working in child protection, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
