Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality engineering design outcomes that meet client needs, legal requirements, and quality standards.
- Develop strong project-level client relationships and work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support management across Greencap to ensure the implementation of market and client strategies, creating high levels of client service and opportunity.
- Participate in the development of staff to help them realize their potential and contribute to the success of our people and business.
- Continuously develop technical standards and design processes to ensure the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Manage workloads for a team of civil engineers and ensure the efficient delivery of projects.
About You
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with:
- Exceptional experience in a consultancy environment in the area of civil mining infrastructure in a team leader or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
- Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of civil engineering to deliver a broad range of civil engineering projects, including earthworks design, road design, drainage infrastructure, site water management systems, levees, creek diversions, and dams.
- Ability to build relationships and develop business.
- Experience in managing the engineering scope of multiple projects varying in complexity and size.
- Proactive mindset and a self-starter.
