New Graduate Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Graduate Occupational Therapist to fill a dynamic role in our clinic and out in the community.
As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a comprehensive graduate program that includes initial intensive training and ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities.
This role offers flexible work arrangements, competitive remuneration package, and opportunities for career advancement and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client goals and outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide occupational therapy services to clients.
- Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Full Registration (or eligible on graduation).
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
