Occupational Therapist new graduate

Hop & Learn Therapy is a dedicated Occupational Therapy service for children aged 0-16 years experiencing developmental delays, learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and ADHD. We provide mobile-based services in Tarneit and surrounding suburbs in Melbourne. Our services cater to clients with various funding options, including NDIS (Self-managed or Plan-managed), Private Health, and Medicare funding (Mental Health Care Plan or Enhanced Primary Care Plan).
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a new graduate Occupational Therapist, located in West Melbourne, VIC. The Occupational Therapist will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions for children with developmental delays and learning difficulties. Collaboration with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals will be essential to ensure a holistic approach.
Qualifications- Skills in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Pediatrics
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine, particularly in pediatric care
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals
- Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Experience with NDIS, Private Health, and Medicare funding processes is advantageous
