Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supply chain network design project. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project, coordinating various functions and managing the transition period with a focus on inventory management.

The successful candidate will drive continuous process improvement, ensuring seamless project deployment and aligning project activities with internal policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Provide full governance over the network design project.
    • Coordinate and oversee all functions throughout the project phases.
    • Ensure the project's successful completion within the planned scope and timeline while minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the primary contact for all project-related streams.
    • Drive and track project tasks, ensuring accountability and progress.
    • Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and local policies.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Review reports and dashboards to evaluate project performance.
    • Conduct ongoing assessments of project efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement strategies to drive process efficiency improvements.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure seamless project deployment.
    • Align project activities with internal policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Manage the transition between the current and future 3PL network, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover.
    • Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.
