Loan Writer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Loan Writer to join our in-office team. As a dynamic and modern business, we're looking for someone with a strong understanding of lender policy and process.
The Role Responsibilities- Prepare lending proposals for review and presentation
- Collect and verify client documents for accuracy and compliance
- Provide clear and concise information to clients about their proposals and applications
- Manage offshore processing operations
- Oversee loan applications from submission through to settlement
- Maintain CRM workflow efficiently
- Liaise with lenders on requirements and progress
- 3–5+ years of experience in mortgage broking, loan writing, or loan processing
- Strong understanding of lender policies and processes
- Confident with ApplyOnline and lender systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in-office at Coogee Beach
